Nutrition is one of the most important factors when it comes to creating a healthy mindset. Eating nutritious foods allows your brain to function at its best. This is important for our black community. We had the opportunity to sit with Dr. Teisha Robertson. This phenomenal woman empowers other women to improve their health and mindset. She specializes in women on medication that are at risk for heart disease due to uncontrollable diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol.
There are a lot of things we are unaware of as a black culture that Dr. Robertson is educating our community on in 2022.
