What you think is powerful and deserves protection. You have the opportunity to sit with your innermost desires, hopes, and fears. So how do you protect your thoughts? Especially when they’re constantly under siege from others? Well, there are a few things you can do to help keep your thoughts protected. First, start by creating some personal boundaries. This means being conscious of who and what you allow into your space. Second, use positive self-talk to boost your confidence and drown out any negative thoughts. Finally, find an outlet for your thoughts. Whether you decide to: write, paint, or just talk with a friend. Learn to express your thoughts in a safe and healthy way. Just remember, thoughts are like precious gems. They need to be nurtured.
